Huw Shakeshaft is an entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and former world championship athlete with nearly four decades of experience spanning international finance, healthcare, philanthropy, and business development. Having lived and worked in many of the world's leading financial centers, he has developed extensive relationships across healthcare, business, sports, entertainment, and public affairs.

Huw currently serves on the Board of Teen Cancer America, the organization founded by Sir Roger Daltrey to improve care and support for adolescents and young adults facing cancer. As a young adult cancer survivor himself, Huw has a personal understanding of the challenges faced by young people navigating a cancer diagnosis. His longstanding involvement with Teen Cancer America and commitment to expanding resources for adolescents and young adults facing cancer were instrumental in the creation of the Teenage Cancer Foundation.

As President of the Foundation, Huw helps guide its strategic vision, partnerships, and long-term growth while advancing its mission to ensure that no young person facing cancer is overlooked or forgotten.

Harold Bollaci is an attorney and business advisor with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and organizational stewardship. He helps ensure the Foundation maintains the highest standards of accountability, transparency, and financial oversight.

Director, International Affairs

Colonel Dino Bossi brings a distinguished career spanning military leadership, international finance, strategic consulting, and charitable development. A former senior executive with Barclays and a highly decorated military officer, Dino has spent decades leading complex operations, building international relationships, and advising organizations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia.

His unique combination of leadership experience, global perspective, and strategic insight helps guide the Foundation's international engagement, long-term growth, and mission-driven partnerships.

Director, Strategic Leadership & Governance

Admiral Tom Kearney, USN (Ret.) served the United States Navy with distinction for more than three decades, culminating as Vice Commander of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Throughout his distinguished career, he led complex organizations, advised senior military and government leaders, and earned a reputation for exceptional leadership, integrity, and public service.

A graduate of Villanova University, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering through the Navy ROTC program and a Master's Degree in Political Science (International Relations), Admiral Kearney has remained committed to leadership, service, and supporting mission-driven organizations throughout his career.

As a Director of the Teenage Cancer Foundation, Admiral Kearney brings decades of executive leadership, strategic insight, and a lifelong commitment to serving others. His experience in governance, organizational leadership, and building high-performing teams strengthens the Foundation's efforts to expand awareness, develop strategic partnerships, and improve the lives of adolescents and young adults facing cancer.

Director, Technology & Digital Strategy

Matthew Ballinger is a technology entrepreneur and business leader with decades of experience developing digital platforms, enterprise systems, and organizational technology solutions. He oversees the Foundation's technology strategy, digital infrastructure, online engagement platforms, and digital growth initiatives.

Director, Media & Public Affairs

David Webb is a nationally recognized broadcaster and public advocate with more than three decades of experience in media and strategic communications. He hosts The David Webb Show on SiriusXM Patriot Channel and is a Fox News Contributor, appearing on Fox Business and Fox Nation. His career across major markets in music and talk radio has sharpened his skills in audience engagement and public discourse.
His board service with American Humane Society, Global Humane Society, Wounded Warriors Family Support, and Young Marines National Foundation reflects deep commitment to community causes. This combination of national media reach and public affairs experience positions him to elevate Teen Cancer America’s visibility, strengthen awareness initiatives, and support teens and young adults facing cancer.

Stephen Kulisek is a fundraising strategist and business development professional with extensive experience in finance, relationship management, and nonprofit development. He leads strategic partnerships, donor engagement, fundraising initiatives, athlete and celebrity outreach, and organizational growth efforts for the Foundation.
