Our Relationship With Teen Cancer America
Teenage Cancer Foundation and Teen Cancer America are independent, separately governed nonprofit organizations united by a shared mission.
Teenage Cancer Foundation raises funds and builds American partnerships. Funds raised through the Foundation are directed to Teen Cancer America in support of approved programs and projects developed with hospital partners.
Teen Cancer America works directly with health systems to build and sustain age-appropriate programs and services for adolescents and young adults ages 15 to 39. Hospital partners deliver the approved care, services, spaces, and support to patients and families.
How Funds May Be Used
Supported initiatives may include:
Teen and Young Adult Centers and other dedicated spaces.
Program development and specialist staff.
Mental health and peer connection.
Patient navigation.
Education, fertility, and survivorship services.
Expansion to additional hospital communities.
